A Special Program for Grade 4 Classes at The Gem Show

- A variety of talks and hands-on demonstrations geared to the grade 4 level

Overview:
The Ancaster Gem, Mineral, Bead & Jewellery Show will be held October 4 to 6, 2019. On the Friday of the show, school groups are invited to book a time to participate in special programming. This is a learning educational experience for grade 4 students.
- Recommended stay is 4 hours
- 25 to 30 students per class
- Each class asked to have one parent/teacher supervisor for every 5 or 6 students
- Cost per student is $6.00 plus HST
- Complementary free admission to teacher, parent supervisors and bus driver
- Snack area provided, bring your own snack/lunch
- A detailed itinerary package will be sent to you at the beginning of September
- Each class group will be given a schedule of talks and activities
- Each class will have time to see the show in the main hall
- Easy, free bus parking
- Your class will be met on the bus
- Building is wheelchair accessible and accessible restrooms available
